Modern Family star Eric Stonestreet had a full-circle moment over the weekend.

While attending a Garth Brooks’ concert at the Forum in Los Angeles, Eric was able to go backstage and tell Garth, “You’re welcome.”

It turns out, Eric worked security at one of Garth’s concerts in Manhattan, Kan., in 1995. Eric shared a few pics on his Instagram page of the ’95 show, where he can be seen standing in front of the stage while Garth sings and greets fans. At the recent concert in L.A., Garth signed the photos: “Love you pal,” and “Here’s to circles.”

Eric posted the signed pics on Instagram—along with two videos—with the caption: “In 1995 I worked security for A (ONE) Garth Brooks concert in Manhattan Ks. Last night I finally got to say you’re welcome for keeping him safe that night and basically giving him the wonderful career he’s had thus far. Thank you Garth for the amazing night I had with my #crew slash #squad ❤️#circles.”
